Hosting & Data Residency
The SentraLens production environment is hosted on dedicated infrastructure located in the European Union, behind Cloudflare's global network. Customer data residency can be adjusted per tenant where the underlying infrastructure supports it — contact your account manager for options.
Intellectual Property
The SentraLens name, the SentraLens logo, the “Genie” AI assistant, dashboard layouts, report templates, visual design system and all related artwork are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution or use of these assets is prohibited.
SentraLens integrates a number of open-source security tools under their respective licences. A software bill of materials (SBOM) and license inventory is available to customers under NDA on request.
Responsible Use
SentraLens is a security platform that can generate network and application traffic. You may only use it against assets you own or have written authorisation to test. See the System Policies page for the full acceptable-use policy.
Limitation of Liability
Information provided through SentraLens — including vulnerability findings, risk scores, AI-generated remediation guidance and compliance mappings — is provided on an “as-is” basis as decision support. Final remediation decisions remain the responsibility of the customer's security and IT teams. SentraShield makes no warranty that findings are exhaustive or that any given remediation step is appropriate for every environment. See the Terms and Conditions for the full liability framework.
Changes to This Notice
SentraShield reserves the right to modify this notice at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active tenants via in-product notification and by email to the tenant administrator. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
